It’s Friday again, weekend in UAE. A chance to go day out and weather is nice. I think cold winter months is near the hibernation period is over.Winter is coming….❄

It’s my first time going to this place and the funny thing is I’m almost a decade here working in Dubai were I have been all my life.If you don’t go you’ll never experience.
Opened in 1997,styled after Ancient Egypt.This theme environment includes columns reminiscent of Karnak, small pyramids and images of Pharaohs.All the walls are colors of light brown stones that can be found in all structures of Ancient Egypt.
It’s a sight no visitors to Dubai should miss.
There’s souk inside Wafi Mall called Souk Khan Murjan were you can find different kinds of shops and souvenir items.
This is one of the touristy mall in Dubai.And a good place to shop and dine.
When we went there an exhibition going on from Ripley’s Believe It or Not. It’s interesting because they exhibit unbelievable pieces of information. Some of them have life-size figures and pictures.The good thing is Its Free…
Believe It or Not
This sculpture was built from hundreds of used automobile parts.The arms and legs can be moved. Unfortunately,cannot turn back into car.
Recycled Hulk- This larger than life sculpture was made by a team of artists in Thailand,entirely from scrap metal.When the character first debuted in the comics,his color was gray,but the printers couldn’t get a consistent shade so he was changed to the iconic green that we all known today.Believe It or Not!
Robert Wallow started his abnormal growth before he was 6 months old,following a double hernia operation.At age 8, Robert was already 6′ tall;by the time he was 13 he was over 7′ tall.When Wadlow died in 1940 at the age of 22,he wore a size 25 ring,had an arm span of 9 1/2 feet,wore a size 39AA shoe,weighed over 440 pounds and was 8’11” tall.Believe It or Not!
Once recognized as the world’s heaviest man.Walter Hudson of New York weighed nearly 1,400 pounds in 1987.After spending 27 years inside his bedroom,Hudson became famous when he fell in a doorway and it took 8 firefighters 3 hours to rescue him.With the help of comedian Dick Gregory,Hudson lost 600 pounds and opened a mail order business selling clothes for extra large women.When he died in 1991,he weighed 1,025 lbs.
On an average day,Walter Hudson ate: 2 boxes of sausages,1 pound of bacon,12 eggs,1 loaf of bread,4 Big Macs,4 cheeseburgers,8 large fries,3 ham steaks or chicken,4 baked potatoes,4 sweet potatoes,4 heads of broccoli and drank 6 quarts of soda each meal!
